Unemployment allowance soon in Andhra Pradesh

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has announced that his government will start unemployment allowance to twelve lakh plus unemployed in AP. Addressing a public meeting at Nallajerla village in West Godavari district, Naidu has said that the unemployed youth should make conscious attempts to find jobs before getting allowance from the government.
“We are taking up programmes that will fetch Rs 10,000 to Rs 25,000 to each poor family. I want to eradicate the poverty and will introduce a slew of programmes” he said. During 2014 election campaign, he promised Rs. 2000 in benefits to the unemployed.
His cabinet ministers Kollu Ravindra, Nara Lokesh and  Yanamala Rama Krishnudu  are working on this initiative and it is expected that the programme may be implemented after July.
