‘Space Exposition Hall’ and ‘Innovation Hub’ at Tirupati

CM,  Mr. Naidu  inaugurated the ‘Space Exposition Hall’ and ‘Innovation Hub’ at Regional Science Centre – Tirupati (RSCT). Mr. Naidu took part in a slew of programmes in the temple city. Later, Mr. Naidu viewed the first show with children at the Space Exposition Hall at the RSCT. The planetarium measuring eight meters in diameter with a capacity of 50 persons per show, is equipped with a special digital projector to incorporate real images and videos of cosmic events. This is the first ‘Space Exposition Hall’ in the State and with the procurement of the special digital projector from France, it has gained a distinction of first such projector installed in the country. He also unveiled the ‘Innovation Hub’, aimed to engage youngsters in creative and experimental activities and offers an open platform for their innovative ideas.
Mr. Naidu further spoke on the developmental activities earmarked for Tirupati and elicited people’s support for maintaining the ‘Smart City’ tag. “The temple city will witness several changes in the near future such as establishment of national highways under Vaikuntamala Project, development of lakes, focus on offering quality education and healthcare etc. More skill development and research centres will be set up for the benefit of students,” he added. Mr. Naidu later enquired about the health condition of his maternal uncle Doraswamy Naidu, who was undergoing treatment at SVIMS, before embarking on his journey back home.
