President Donald Trump to Host Prime Minister Narendra Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit United States on June 26, 2017 for a meeting with US President Donald Trump. This is the first time Narendra Modi will meet Donald Trump at the White House, Washington.
The External Affairs Ministry in New Delhi confirmed the Prime Minister’s visit to US while White House press secretary Sean Spicer said that Trump was looking forward to meeting the Indian Prime Minister. They can be anticipated to set a vision which will magnify the relation between US and India in a commendable and ambitious way, he added.
The leaders will sketch a common vision for the partnership of their countries which is good for their 1.6 billion citizens. Both Modi and Trump have had several conversations over the phone and are likely to discuss more about combating terrorism, economic growth and restructurings and intensifying collaboration as major defence partners. The technologies and energy of United States are aiding Prime Minister Narendra Modi to construct his vision for a new India while also generating thousands of jobs for United States in the process.
Also discussed in the meeting would be American rules on H1 B visa and the recent withdrawal of President Donald Trump from the Paris Climate Accord where he recently pointed India and China to be the biggest polluters.
