Kapu Movement Just For BC Status?

As a prelude to ‘Chalo Amaravati’ padayatra, Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham today flagged off from his residence, motor cycle rally to give wide publicity about the movement among the people.
Mr. Padmanabham would like the government to include Kapu community in BCs list, so he is trying hard to get as many people to the rally as possible.
The hidden agenda of the Kapu leaders is purely political the reservation may help some caste members get benefits in admissions and jobs. So, the issue is much bigger than reservations.
So, the Kapu leaders believe that they are strong in numbers and can win political power like Yadavs in UP and Bihar. Many of them floated parties and disappeared. Recently, movie star Chiranjeevi experiment failed. Not long ago, his brother Pawan Kalyan floated Jana Sena. The route Pawan Kalyan likely to go is not clear for many Kapus. As he happen to be an ally of TDP and BJP, he is unlikely to set out to for an independent course
This is the obstacle Kapus faced throughout the history of Andhra Pradesh. They are more contendent with other’s parties rather than endeavor independently to attain power and in this context best living example is KCR.
