However, an official confirmation to this effect is yet to be released by the movie unit. TV media reported that the Kamal Haasan starer Viswaroopam-2 may release this Christmas after completing the post-production work in November. Coming as a sequel to the superhit movie Viswaroopam, Kamal will be seen as an Indian spy along with Andrea Jeremiah, Rahul and filmmaker Shekhar Kapur playing key roles.
After the completion of Viswaroopam-2, Kamal Haasan will concentrate on ‘Sabash Naidu’ featuring Brahmanandam in an important role. The movie was stalled last year as Kamal fractured his leg, falling from his office stairs.
This will follow a sequel to the most famous movie ‘Indian’ or ‘Bharateeyudu’ in Telugu. As per the sources, director Shankar is currently looking into the pre-production work of Bharateeyudu-2. The sequel is estimated to be made on a whopping budget of Rs 200 crore and may release as a multi-lingual movie. However, the mega movie will go on to the sets only after Shankar relieves himself from 2.0!
