Guntur city to have South Korea consular office soon

GUNTUR, NOVEMBER 17, 2017 Mr. Hyung Tae Kim, Consul General of South Korea for southern India, talking to delegation of businessmen and academicians at Vignan University, Guntur revealed that South Korea is set to invest Rs. 13000 crores in Kia Motors at Ananthapur. In the same way more than 100 companies from South Korea are likely to invest in AP. He further said that a consular office of South Korea will be established in Guntur city. It will be be the second office in South India after Chennai.He appreciated Indian space scientists for launching 104 satellites at a time which is world record in itself. Further, he expressed happiness to note that Vignan University is already having tie-up arrangements with six universities of Korea.
The Chairman of the Vignan Group Mr. L. Rattaiah requested the Korean Diplomat to give training to the students in advance Technology, for which the response was affirmative.
