This comes as a sweet gift for Balayya and his die-hard fans who are eagerly waiting for his new mass avatar in Jai Simha. Directed by K.S. Ravi Kumar and produced by C. Kalyan, the movie will feature Balayya alongside Nayanthara, Hari Priya, and Natasha Doshi. The theatrical rights of the movie have been sold for Rs 27 crore!
