Heavy Rain Warning for North Coastal AP

Low pressure developed over Bay of Bengal and it became well marked on Monday. This shall result in heavy rains in north coastal belt of AP besides Odisha, south Tamil Nadu and over Rayalaseema as per reports of the weather department.
In Vijayawada it is found at many places students waiting with umbrellas for the buses and traffic jams aggravate hardship of motorists.
The city has been receiving good rainfall for the last few days and it got severe in the Monday evening causing lot of inconvenience to people and student’s .Some schools had declared holiday due the continuous rains.
Further the incessant rains caused floods in the districts of Vizianagaram and Srikakulam due to over flow of river Nagasaki which forced the authorities to take up evacuation measures to safeguard the lives and property in the said districts.
