27 Storey Apartment Building Catches Fire in London

A 27 storey apartment block with 120 flats was engulfed in flames trapping in West London in the early parts of Wednesday morning. Trapped residents were seen screaming for help as fire-fighters and police helped them to evacuate the block.
40 fire engines and 200 fire-fighters were called to calm down the blaze in Grenfell Tower while more than 20 ambulances lined up to help the injured. Fire was from 2nd floor to top most floor of the building. Fire-fighters were evacuating people from the burning building and the police were clearing the nearby area. About a year back the residents of the tower had reported about probability of fire because of the rubbish that was being accumulated in the improvement works.
